OPUS was an historical Italian brand in decline. Founded in 1979, the Bonetti Costruzioni Meccaniche s.r.l company decided to purchase the OPUS brand in 1991, in order to give it brand new light by extending its range of products, made up by only 5 models. Bonetti’s family provided its know-how accumulated over the years in heavy machinery for steel plant construction.
This new adventure spread the OPUS brand throughout the world, positioning itself in a niche of excellence able to provide practical, economic and highly customized solutions, focusing and developing on an essential working process such as the cold cut.
Today, along with a full range of vertical and horizontal saws, OPUS company produces and developes an infinite variety of models to solve specific problems, designed side by side with our customers, to ensure the highest level of satisfaction over the years.
